The Lodge

Silver Peaks Lodge was built in the early 1990’s.
Nestled on the hillside just under Saddle Hill, a well known geographical icon within the Dunedin area.
The lodge has a wonderful norwesterly outlook over the Taieri plains and the hills beyond including the Maungatua’s and the Silver Peaks Range. The very close proximity to Dunedin City is a great advantage.

Enjoy the peaceful country life listening to the native bird life including bell birds and tui’s with the city lights within a short driving distance. Dunedin International Airport is only 10 minutes away, an advantage especially for those early flights!

Inside the lodge there are 6 bedrooms (4 of which are guest rooms) 4 bathrooms, 2 conservatories, a separate guest lounge/games room and guest dining room and a family kitchen dining living area. Many of the rooms open out onto the large long veranda. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space or company as they so desire. As well there is a totally separate self contained unit with two bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen allows the freedom of self catering.
